Situational Judgment Test (SJT)
To help you grasp the SJT and perform well on it, the Study Kit provides precise test-taking tips and practice materials.  How the SJT was developed, the values system underlying the test, tools to help frame and answer the questions successfully, and definitions for the “competencies” being examined are explained in detail.  Two full-length, 100-question sample tests replicating the SJT are provided for thorough practice and personal improvement.

Written Communication Proficiency Test (WCPT)
To get you accustomed to handling this intensive language usage exercise, three full-length, 50-question sample tests replicating the WCPT are provided for repeated practice. An answer key is included for each sample question. It identifies the grammar, punctuation, vocabulary, tone or logic issue being tested, and directs you to a single source where you can quickly learn to correct problems. Useful tips to expedite handling questions quicker and more effectively are also included in our test-taking instructions.

Written Communication Test (WCT)
To enable you to understand the basis of the WCT, how it is marked and how to practise for it under test conditions, the Study Kit contains expert instructions to plan and write a summary in the “government style”. Three sample documents to be summarized, and examples of summaries for them which you can compare to your WCT practice drafts, are provided in the Kit.

Graduate Recruitment Test (GRT)
To help you manage this varied cognitive exercise and improve your ability to excel on it, the Study Kit contains over 100 sample questions, equivalent to two full GRT tests, organized in sequential sections to facilitate skills development. Beneficial details on the composition of the test, techniques to boost your score on the four types of GRT questions, and an explanation for all answers are included in the Kit.

How to Write the "Statement of Interest" for Government Jobs
You may be required to write one or more mini-essays, or “statements of interest”, on why you want each government job to which you apply.  Proven tips to do so are provided in the Study Kit—another feature exclusive to our service.  You will learn how to do an effective self-analysis vís à vís the job(s) you want, how to select appropriate examples from your background to boost your candidacy, and how to write a personal sales pitch that will stand scrutiny.  How and when the statement of interest can be used by the government in the evaluation process is also explained.
